Workspace billing
Billing is workspace based. Owners choose and switch plans, add extra AI replies, and open the Stripe customer portal from /dashboard/billing.

Free plan
Every workspace starts on the Free plan, with no card and no time limit, and returns to it if a paid subscription ends.
AI replies per month
Each plan includes a number of AI replies per month. The allowance resets each billing cycle, and unused replies do not roll over.
What counts
Any response your AI Agent sends, on any channel or in the Playground, is one AI reply. Replies your team writes are always free.
At the limit
When the allowance runs out, the AI pauses and conversations are handed to your team automatically, so visitors reach a person instead of an error.
Extra replies
Paid plans can add extra AI replies from the billing page at any time. Like the plan's own replies, they do not roll over.
Monthly or yearly
Every paid plan can be billed monthly or once a year, with no contracts and no cancellation fees. A yearly plan still gets its AI replies month by month, and you get an email a week before it renews.
Coupon codes
A coupon code is entered on the Stripe checkout page. Stripe shows what it takes off before you pay.
Price changes
A new plan price never touches the period you have already paid for. You are told by email, push and in app, and your renewal moves to the new price from the first renewal at least 7 days after the notice.

Auth, roles, rate limits, upload caps, crawler safety, and domain checks still apply.

Checkout and portal
- 1Choose a planA paid plan opens Stripe checkout on the interval you chose, monthly or yearly. Enter a coupon code there if you have one.
- 2Switch plansAn existing subscription switches in place. An upgrade charges the difference for the rest of the period; a downgrade credits it.
- 3Add extra repliesOn a paid plan, add extra AI replies to the current billing cycle from the billing page.
- 4Create Stripe customerThe portal becomes available after checkout creates a Stripe customer.
- 5Open customer portalAnyone whose role can change billing, the owner unless given to another role, can manage subscription details from the portal.
Team and roles
Invite teammates, choose built in or custom roles, limit people to chosen AI Agents, transfer ownership, and see what each role can do.
