Lifetime Deal Terms

The lifetime deal gives one workspace the OrhanAI plan named on the lifetime deal page for a single payment, with no monthly fee, for as long as OrhanAI offers that plan. The price, the plan and the number of spots are the ones shown on that page when you buy.

“Lifetime” refers to the life of that plan at OrhanAI, not to your lifetime or ours. It does not mean unlimited usage, and it does not include every feature or premium product we add in the future.

• The features of the plan as listed on the lifetime deal page when you buy, including its number of AI Agents and its monthly AI replies.
• Website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger and business email in one inbox, each subject to the rules of its own platform.
• Improvements we make to those included features over time.

• Comment automation, the AI Coach and the Voice Agent.
• Branding removal and extra AI Agents, which are planned as paid add ons and are not available yet.
• Other plans, and features or products that are sold separately now or in the future.
• Fees charged by third parties, such as Meta for WhatsApp conversations or your email provider. These are paid to them directly.

The plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies. An answer on the standard model uses 1 AI reply; a long answer or one that searches the web can use a few more. The allowance resets each month, and unused AI replies do not roll over.

When the allowance is used up, AI replies pause and conversations go to your team until the next month begins or you buy an AI reply pack. Reply packs are sold at their normal prices and are not part of the lifetime deal.

• Each workspace can hold one lifetime deal, and the number of deals sold is limited.
• The deal belongs to the workspace it was bought for and cannot be transferred to another workspace or resold.
• A lifetime plan cannot be switched to another plan. If you ask support to move you to another plan, the lifetime deal ends and the new plan is billed at its normal price.

If you are not happy with the lifetime deal, email us within 14 days of your purchase through the contact page and we will refund the full amount. A refund ends the lifetime plan. After 14 days the payment is not refundable, as described in our Terms of Service.

The lifetime deal is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including their rules on acceptable use. Usage that goes beyond normal use of the plan, or that breaks those rules, may be limited.

OrhanAI may end a lifetime plan only in the cases our Terms of Service allow for any plan, such as a serious breach of those terms. If these terms and the Terms of Service differ on the lifetime deal, these terms apply.
